‍UX Ventures AB (UX Ventures), a venture capital firm investing in technology companies focused on AI and 5G, has acquired UXstream AB (UXstream), a company developing software to enable new user experiences through interactive real-time streaming.

To announce, “We are happy toannounce the acquisition of UXstream. Together, we will shape the future of interactive real-time streaming,” said Per Bystedt, CEO of UX Ventures AB.

The acquisition of UXstream fits into UX Ventures’ strategy to invest in technology startups at the forefront of the development enabled by 5G and other superfast mobile connection initiatives. With UXstream, UX Ventures will create synergies with its other investments by offering integration with the UXstreamsoftwar.
