Our Board of Directors is comprised of people with expertise in various areas, including technology, finance, entrepreneurship, and business management. It's responsible for the strategic and financial development of the company. All directors have material ownership in XIRIS Group AB.

Per Bystedt
CEO & Co-Founder
Member of the board

Per has an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics. Previously worked as CEO of TV3 Broadcasting Group Ltd. and Spray AB. He has vast experience as an entrepreneur, having co-founded Sellpy, Webrock, and UXStream. Served on multiple boards, including Axel Johnson AB and Neonode Inc.

Thomas Eriksson
CTO, Chairman & Co-Founder
Member of the board

Thomas has an MS from the Royal Institute of Technology. Experiences as an inventor and investor with a successful track record of building technology businesses for over 25 years. Co-founder of UXStream, Companion, Drive-IT, and Neonode Inc. [NASDAQ: NEON].

Richard Junestrand
CBDO & Co-Founder
Member of the board

Richard has an MS from the Royal Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics. Previously worked at the Boston Consulting Group and the Monitor Group. Co-founder of Toga, UXStream, Bozzil, and the Marindepån Group.

Alexander König
COO
Member of the board

Alexander has a bachelor's degree from the University of Chicago. Previously worked at Perella Weinberg and The Gores Group. He is also a founding member of a tech-focused angel syndicate in Stockholm.
