Per has an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics. Previously worked as CEO of TV3 Broadcasting Group Ltd. and Spray AB. He has vast experience as an entrepreneur, having co-founded Sellpy, Webrock, and UXStream. Served on multiple boards, including Axel Johnson AB and Neonode Inc.

Thomas Eriksson

Thomas has an MS from the Royal Institute of Technology. Experiences as an inventor and investor with a successful track record of building technology businesses for over 25 years. Co-founder of UXStream, Companion, Drive-IT, and Neonode Inc. [NASDAQ: NEON].

Step 1

Process step one, Application.

Send us a short presentation about your business and team. A company or individual can make an application with an idea and a plan. A team member at XIRIS will review the application. If our investment criteria are met, we will arrange a meeting. All applications are answered within two weeks.

Step 2

Process step two, Pitch.

All applications that qualify for the pitch meeting will have an appointed XIRIS team member. The applicant will pitch their business in more detail during the pitch meeting. After the pitch meeting, the responsible XIRIS team member will present it to the rest of the XIRIS investment team. All pitches will get feedback within two weeks.

Step 3

Process step three, Analysis.

After the pitch meeting, the XIRIS investment team will make a preliminary decision to invest. A deeper analysis of the business plan, the team, the market, competition etc., is conducted. The team behind the business will be involved and essential in setting initial targets. The goal is to identify the critical success factors, risks and actions required to secure success. This process will take max four weeks.

Step 4

Process step four, Decision.

If XIRIS decides to invest, there will be a discussion about the final terms and conditions of the investment with the company. An agreement will be drafted and signed.

Step 5

Process step five, Operation.

When a company becomes a part of the XIRIS family, it will get full support from XIRIS and access to all the synergies within the XIRIS group of companies. However, the team of company will run the business. Maintaining a clear division of labour and responsibility is a crucial success factor.
